1. That each Local develop an anarchist journalism of regular reporting on local struggles for web sites including our own site, local sites and lists and Anarkismo. The identification and allocation of such articles to be an agenda item at every Local meeting.

2. That we also publish a newspaper at the start of Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov this first issue to appear November 2007. The first issue may be a PDF only issue and can appear by the end of November.

3. That we form an editorial group for producing these newspaper on the initial basis of one delegate per Local plus an editor elected from conference and answerable to conference and Delegate Council.

4. That each local will aim to distribute 100 copies of the newspaper for each member it has.

5. Articles published should be compatible with the agreed policy of the organization except where they are clearly interviews with non-members or marked as debate pieces. The balance of articles etc in the newspaper should be to be along the lines of the templete in Appendix 1.
